What’s included in the service?

Price and contract term

The launch offer applies to orders accepted by 30 September 2026: €69/month + VAT. This price continues after the first year. The total for the initial 12 months is €828 + VAT. New orders from 1 October 2026 cost €119/month plus a one-time €199 setup fee, excluding VAT. The first 12 months, including setup, total €1,627 + VAT. The initial 12-month term commits both parties. Any later changes to the price or service will be agreed with you separately in advance. The launch offer has no setup fee. There is no other separate website build fee.

After the first 12 months, the service continues month to month. Either party can then end the agreement with one month’s notice. The service provider is Golden Consulting Oy, Finnish Business ID 3382869-9.

Your website build

The package includes 1-5 pages in one language. Copy and structure are based on the business information you provide.

• Website planning, copywriting, design and development.
• Compatibility with phones, tablets and desktops.
• Contact details, calls to action and one standard contact form.
• Social links where relevant, and use of your photos and brand materials.
• Image optimisation, one revision round before publication and website publication.

SEO foundations

The service includes page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, clean URLs, a sitemap, indexing setup, basic image alt text and a mobile-friendly implementation. Clear structure and content also help AI-powered search services understand the site.

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, enquiries or sales. Ongoing SEO campaigns are quoted separately.

Hosting and ongoing care

The monthly fee covers both the build and the ongoing technical service: website hosting and its management, SSL/HTTPS, technical maintenance, basic security maintenance, functionality monitoring, contact form functionality, technical support, troubleshooting and fixes for website faults.

Personal support and email help

You have a dedicated contact for questions about the service and your website, including after launch.

Help with business email setup and migration is included. We discuss your current setup and the help needed before starting. The email provider’s subscription and usage fees, such as Google Workspace, are not included in the monthly price.

Small updates: 30 minutes a month

Up to 30 minutes each month are included for small fixes and content updates. Examples include opening hours, contact details, images, text, prices and small layout changes. Unused time does not accumulate or roll over.

Technical faults and bugs are covered by ongoing technical support. They do not use up the time allocated to small content updates.

Your domain and materials

You pay domain registration and renewal costs. Your existing domain can be used, and connecting it to the new website is included.

You provide company, service and contact details, plus your logo, photos and other essential materials if available. We turn the information into website copy and structure.

Work quoted separately

Additional work costs €50/hour + VAT. We agree the scope and estimated cost with you before starting.

• More than five pages, additional languages, ecommerce and advanced booking systems.
• Custom applications, customer portals, complex calculators and integrations.
• CRM setup, marketing automation, paid advertising, social media management and ongoing SEO campaigns.
• Professional photography, logo or brand identity design, and paid software or licences.
• Major new features and substantial website expansions.

Ownership and the end of the service

You own your domain, logo, original photos, and original business materials and information. Golden Consulting Oy owns the website source code it creates. The website, hosting, maintenance and technical support are provided as a service during your subscription. Third-party software remains subject to its own licences.

Source-code handover or technical migration to another provider is not automatically included. These can be agreed separately.
