One monthly fee covers the website build and maintenance, with no separate setup charge. The package includes 1-5 pages in one language and an initial 12-month term. This defined scope and monthly model make the price possible.
What do I need to provide?
Your company details, services, contact information and preferences. Send your logo and photos if you have them. We turn that information into the website copy and structure.
What does the 30-minute update allowance cover?
Small content changes, such as opening hours, prices, text or images. Unused time does not roll over. Technical faults and bugs are covered separately by the ongoing technical support.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. Connecting your domain is included. You own the domain and pay its registration and renewal costs.
What happens if I cancel?
The initial term is 12 months. After that, the service continues monthly with one month’s notice. The website and maintenance are available during your subscription. Golden Consulting Oy owns the website source code. Your domain, logo and original materials remain yours. Source-code handover or technical migration can be agreed separately.
Is SEO included?
Yes. Search engine optimisation is included in the package. We handle page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, clean URLs, the sitemap, indexing settings and image alt text. We structure your content so customers, search engines and AI-powered search services can understand what your business offers.
Who can I ask for help with my website?
You have a dedicated contact who knows your website. You can ask them about the service and your website after launch, too.
Can you help with my business email?
Yes. Help with email setup and migration is included. We discuss your current setup and the help needed before starting. Email-provider fees, such as a Google Workspace subscription, are not part of the monthly price.
What does done-for-you mean?
We plan the structure and design, write the copy from your business information, and build and publish the site. Hosting, maintenance and technical support are part of the same service. You provide your business details and review the result.
Can I influence the design?
Yes. We work from your business information, identity and preferences. You see the website before launch, with one round of revisions included.
Can I add another language or an online shop?
The standard package covers 1-5 pages in one language. Extra languages, ecommerce and other larger features are agreed and quoted separately before work begins.
Does an enquiry commit me to an order?
No. We first discuss your needs, whether the package fits and any additional work. We agree the scope and next steps before starting.
